Paris Hilton For President

Alright, now we really have a candidate for President I can relate to - Paris Hilton! Yes ladies, she's responded to those nasty ads from McCain with her own words. Seems Paris is a better candidate than him...or anyone else as far as I'm concerned. Luved Hills but Paris is cuter and has better fashion sense...and who could think Paris lacks substance. We all know that just because you play dumb sometimes doesn't really mean you are, right?

Anyway, Paris' mom cougar and ho guru Kathy Hilton finally commented to the Huffington Post, "I've been asked again and again for my response to the now infamous McCain celebrity ad. I actually have three responses. It is a complete waste of the money John McCain's contributors have donated to his campaign. It is a complete waste of the country's time and attention at the very moment when millions of people are losing their homes and their jobs. And it is a completely frivolous way to choose the next President of the United States."

With all this going on, seems McCain realizes how important Paris is. His spokesperson Tucker Bounds says to TMZ, "Sounds like Paris is taking the 'All of the Above' energy approach that John McCain has advocated -- both alternatives and drilling. Perhaps the reality is that Paris has a more substantive energy plan than Barack Obama."

Katie Holmes Gets Guts

Alright, I've gotta admit I'm partial to the ho's of Hollywood. After all, who has the business savvy of Paris Hilton? Who can make something out of nothing like Kim Kardashian? You've gotta admire Jessica Simpson for getting her jock and shifting gears in her mediocre career to remain in the spotlight. I always feel badly for Katie Holmes because she seems to be lost in Tom Cruise's shadow. If you remember the Stepford Wives from years ago, she kind of reminds of you one of them. She has a perfect haircut, appropriate and classic style and always seems to mind her manners around Tom.

I'm not sure if it's Tom's age, his position in Scientology or simply Katie's lack of assertiveness that makes her seem so wishy washy. Her recent appearance with blue hands made me question just how far she would go to please a man like Tom. Just when I was starting to give up on Katie having her own mind, the paps reported Tom's mom and sis were thrown out of the family home. Kudos to Katie! Way to go, girl - it's time to take control of your life and let Tom know he's got a real woman to reckon with. Apparently mom and sis are now in a condo and not in Katie's face anymore. Do you think this could be the beginning of a whole new awakening for Katie? Does she still have hope to be a high-profile Ho of Hollywood? Maybe Katie really has an agenda of her own (Tom is a wealthy man) with this whole TomKat scenario. We can only HOpe for her...
