Alright, disputes are online everywhere about Jessica Simpson turning country and singing about abuse. While some believed she meant relationship abuse, it seems it was really something else -abuse by other women. Certain relationship abuse is serious but what about the abuse we do to each other as women? Getting back to Jess, I'm still not convinced Nick Lachey wasn't an abuser. She should speak out about it but maybe she's not ready (gotta give kudos to Christie Brinkley for showing her ex for his true colors in public - more tomorrow). But I do believe Jessica suffered due to the reign of terror initiated by jealous girls in high school and agree it's a really serious issue. Way to go Jess - wishing you the best as a country singer.
